Holdall Holidays is an inbound tour operator in Sri Lanka, operating in compliance with the regulations of the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA). We provide destination management services including accommodation bookings, transportation, excursions, tour guides, and other ground handling arrangements.
Failure to make payments within the specified timelines may result in automatic cancellation of services with applicable charges.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The following cancellation charges apply unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation:
Please note that certain hotels, peak season bookings, and special services may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly advised at the time of booking.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, and all required travel documents. Holdall Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays, denied entry, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation.
Holdall Holidays acts solely as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. We shall not be liable for:
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid to Holdall Holidays for the specific services concerned.
Holdall Holidays shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
Clients are expected to respect the laws, customs, culture, and environment of Sri Lanka. Holdall Holidays reserves the right to terminate services without refund in the event of illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Any complaints or issues must be reported immediately to our local representative or guide to allow prompt resolution. Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of completion of the tour.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
